We offer technical services related to offensive cybersecurity, strictly under a formal agreement. No services are performed without prior written consent from the client.

3. Privacy and Data Protection
All data processed during the execution of our services is handled confidentially and in accordance with best information security practices. Specific terms are detailed in individual contracts or NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements).

4. Communications
We only contact clients based on explicit consent. We do not use purchased or scraped email lists. All communications aim to support service delivery and inform clients about relevant updates.

5. Responsibilities
IntrusionCyber is not responsible for any damage resulting from the misuse of information provided in reports or consultations. All recommended actions must be executed by qualified professionals.

6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will always be published on this page.
